Summary

The successful candidates duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Entering data onto spreadsheets accurately
  • Assisting with stock control of raw materials for outgoing loads
  • Making and receiving telephone calls - UK/Europe
  • Sending and receiving emails with attachments
  • Printing labels in accordance with specific transport regulations
  • Filing, Scanning, Faxing and Photocopying
  • Support with the completion of export documentation
  • Communication between other departments both verbally and written
  • Applies problem-solving skills to resolve challenging or complex complaints and is a key point of contact for addressing issues
  • Producing reports for various departments
  • Updating of various databases
  • Make suggestions for improvements to working practice
  • Undertakes and leads projects as and when required
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
