Our team of trusted advisers work with high-net worth individuals, business leaders and well-known figures from the world of sport, media and entertainment.

We support on various family matters, including pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, divorce proceedings, dissolution proceedings in connection with civil partnerships and financial settlement on divorce/ dissolution, family arbitration, issues arising from cohabitation breakdown and children matters including living arrangements, relocation and financial provision.

Our lawyers are highly regarded for their ability to give clear and transparent advice on any financial issue your family may encounter. We are experts in creating wealth protection
strategies and resolving issues concerning business interests, extensive pensions, trusts and offshore assets.

Also, we advise on international family law including matters relating to divorce, financial settlements, and children. We regularly work with a network of other professionals including translators and lawyers in Europe and worldwide to help us provide the best possible service.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting the DMA and PA tasks – bills, debts, diary management, training requirements, scanning, filing, record keeping for team, general admin, and working with DocuSign
  • Assisting in the administration of the team’s financial transactions, dealing with incoming invoices and arranging for payments out to third parties, developing an understanding of legal accounts systems
  • Assisting in the management of the team’s workload diary, ensuring that all key deadlines are recorded, notified to fee earners and updated as applicable
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration: dealing with post, opening and closures of files, archiving files, ensuring that file structures are strictly maintained and undertaking conflict searches as necessary
  • Developing towards producing correspondence and maintaining a high level of accuracy in accordance with Firm’s House style and Best Practice Guidelines, proof reading and correcting the quality of your work without prompting

Qualifications

5 GCSE's Grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) including maths and English (or the equivalent).
