Summary

Supporting the regional directors and account management team in filling job vacancies on construction projects across the UK. This is a busy and reactive role, with the teams having  multiple jobs to fill each day.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Registering candidates
  • Checking compliance documents in line with government guidance and legal requirements
  • Taking references
  • Advertising jobs
  • Completion of candidate forms and related paperwork
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Sending assignment confirmation details

Working week

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, details to be confirmed.

  • IT literate with ability to use CRM systems and Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlook to a moderate level
