  • Answering the telephone and directing queries to relevant colleagues
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Meeting and greeting clients and signing them in
  • Dealing with client correspondence and communications
  • Providing administrative assistance to staff and advisers
  • General office tasks including scanning, filing
  • Support and administration of internal databases
  • Commissions and maintaining stocks of stationery
  • Learning how to complete client annual reviews and contacting providers for information
