Go Green are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their small friendly team. This is an entry level role and would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in customer service or an individual with some customer service and admin experience already.

Summary

  • Dealing with customers who come in to view items in the warehouse, stock, assisting in the warehouse, assisting in the office, assisting with the fitters off site etc.
  • Inbound / outbound telephone calls from colleagues and suppliers
  • Scheduling new client appointments
  • Use of an internal computer system as well as windows based programs

Working week

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

37.5 hour per week
