Summary

Duties will include:

  • Preparation of culture media
  • Preparation of food, water, and environmental samples for microbiology testing
  • Analysis of prepared food water, and environmental samples
  • Sub-culture of culture media for the isolation of pathogens
  • Operate the DS2 automated ELISA machine for the isolation of Salmonella and Listeria
  • Other laboratory duties as required

Working week

Monday - Friday, shifts to be confirmed.
