Summary

Duties to include:

  • Answering calls and emails from customers and suppliers
  • Processing orders
  • Allocating stock on the internal system
  • Support the Accounts department as and when necessary
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Requesting invoices from suppliers

Working week

Week 1 - Monday to Friday 8am - 3.30pm Week 2 -Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Friday 8am-3.30pm & Saturday 8am-1pm
