Summary

As a Legal Customer Service Advisor your primary role will be:

  • To assess new customer enquiries or calls submitted by members of the public through our websites or social media presence
  • Online Legal is committed to the highest level of customer service, therefore you ability to communicate and empathise with members of the public is key to the role
  • After receiving a new customer enquiries you will take ownership of it 
  • Vet the enquiry against a strict set of vetting criteria to ensure quality enquiries are distributed to our Law Firm panel member
  • You will be confident in dealing with customers and guiding them in and area they are often unfamiliar with (full training provided)

Working week

Monday - Friday: 10.00 am - 6.00 pm

Requirements and prospects

Skills

  • 1 year + of Customer Service telephone experience
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public
  • Experience of working autonomously and in a team
  • Experience of using office telephony systems and CRM
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • It is desirable but not essential that candidates have worked in the legal field
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs ad targets
  • Proven record of exceeding standard customer service levels
  • Experience of digital marketing and/or social media management
  • Knowledge of Medical Negligence or Employment Law
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public regarding sensitive or personal information

Due to new client wins and strong growth, we require 2 Customer Service Advisors to join our growing organisation. You will be dealing with inbound telephone calls from member oft he public in response to our online advertising campaigns.

Supported by one of our sector specialist tutors they will deliver teaching sessions using various methods including direct teaching, Skype, facetime, telephone and peer virtual classroom whilst using our interactive multi-sensory teaching resources.

With an apprenticeship there is a mandatory 20% off the job training during the apprentice’s paid working. Impact Futures aim is for our learners to have the best possible learning journey that is personalised, motivational and inspiring to them. Teaching sessions are normally by weekly or monthly depending on the learner’s preferred learning style. Additionally, the tutor will provide the support required to ensure the learner enjoys and ultimately successfully achieve their goals and complete their training.
