Requirements and prospects


  • Self-organisation and motivation are very important in this role, as the candidate will be responsible for their own task management
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential
  • The successful candidate should be a clear and effective communicator, who places attention to detail in all things. Basic numeracy skills are essential (all math specific to the role will be taught in training)
  • You should be able to work independently as most of the time you will be working alone. Flexibility is also important as the role will be varied on a day to day basis


A*-C/9-4 grade in both GCSE or equivalent maths and English is desirable but not essential.

Personal Qualities

  • It is important that the candidate has a good work ethic and understands the importance of good time keeping
  • They will need to be able to follow instruction but also be able to work independently

Future Prospects

On completion of apprenticeship there will be possible extension of contract and salary increase.
