We have an opportunity for a Business Administration apprentice to join a new organisation which is rapidly expanding. Altec FM is a Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractor which has install teams working country wide. We currently have 20 engineers working for Altec in the field and this is growing organically as we progress.

Summary

Duties to include:

  • Manage agendas/ travel arrangements/ appointments for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Manage holiday planner
  • Communicate company memo’s to install teams
  • Order materials as instructed by Management
  • Producing company documents
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Organising meetings
  • Email support for management
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Working week

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

37.5 hour per week
