  • Processing of customer online search orders and providing administration support to the search team, maintaining effective administration systems and collating property search data
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries from customers and prospective customers
  • Telephone and email communication with data suppliers, councils and utility companies
  • Completion of customer property searches and reports
  • Dealing with customers and new business enquiries via telephone & email and providing support to clients
  • Maintain and update customer / prospective customer information 
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships to support customers usage online systems and products and services
  • Set up online client accounts, build client relationships, collate client feedback and testimonials
  • New business development:
    • Contacting and actively engaging prospects by telephone; email and social media 
    • Qualifying new business leads
    • Securing new business appointments and clients
  • Data inputting customer invoices into accouonts software

Working week

Monday to Thursday- 8.45am to 5.00pm Friday 8.45am to 3.45pm
