Summary

Our growing online lifting and handling business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Executive.  We need an enthusiastic individual who is empathetic towards vulnerable disabled customers, who can listen to customer service issues and then offer an effective solution to each problem.

Please be assured that you will be fully trained before you have to interact with any customers.  Our aim is to educate, support and inspire you.  The successful candidate for this role will have a strong level of literacy and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Customer Service Executive responsibilities and duties:

  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding: product queries, service questions and general client enquiries
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Update customer information using our ACT! CRM system during and after each call
  • Schedule service call outs and demonstrations with customers
  • Assign engineers work using the Purchase Order system on Sage Line 50
  • Update contacts and accounts in the CRM system and Sage Line 50 in line with GDPR Regulations
  • Process Customer Purchase Orders
  • Chase outstanding orders with suppliers
  • Manage the 'Orders' email inbox
  • Help the company make profit
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximise profit and product sales
