Requirements and prospects
Applicants are required by the employer to have some, however little, experience dealing with children or in childcare.
The ability to work on their own initiative and respond to the needs of the role quickly and professionally.
No qualifications are required but an interest in the childcare sector is desirable.

Future ProspectsExcellent career prospects for the right candidate. A permanent position may be available for the right candidate, on completion of the apprenticeship. You are employed within this nursery full time from day one.
About the employer
It is very much a home from home as it is cosy and comfortable. It is ideally situated for local residents but we often have children from further afield due to its close proximity to many excellent road links.
Most children who attend do so due to “word of mouth” and we are always ready to show you around - however give yourself plenty of time as there is much to see.
Full training will be given in the nursery on a daily basis towards practical side of your qualification and the job. You will attend college for 1/2 day per week for the theory aspects of your course.
