Summary

Main duties will include:

  • Updating record/information systems.
  • Assisting with managing the school’s email inbox.
  • Managing and organising completed forms from parents.
  • Providing administrative support to staff as needed.
  • Dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries efficiently and in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Responding to messages promptly and accurately, passing on information to relevant staff members as necessary.

Working week

8.00 am till 3.30 pm Monday – Friday

37.5 hour per week
