CMS Furniture are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Apprentice. This is due to rapid growth since we opened our store. The successful candidate will be working within our Bromborough showroom, where we sell Sofas, Beds & Dining Furniture.

Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers receive the best possible service whilst in store
- Greet all customers in a friendly manner
- Answer the phone
- Add orders to the system
- Filing and general admin duties
- Support customers on Facebook and Instagram
Working week
Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 16:00. Flexible hours, days and hours to be agreed upon appointment.
