This is a fantastic opportunity to work within one of the North West's leading Chartered Civil, Structural and Geo-Environmental Engineers. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our growing team. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person with plenty of scope for future progression.

Summary

Answering telephone and dealing/directing calls as required.

First point of contact for reception, meeting and greeting visitors and providing refreshments.

Liaising with and supporting senior managers/director.

Provide administration support to all departments.

Assisting Communications Director in relation to company policies and procedure.

Assisting the finance team with general administration tasks.

Provide support to accounts team

Co-ordinate and collate staff questionnaires

Stationary ordering and distribution
-
Establish and maintain filing systems and ensure accurate retrieval of data and records in line with GDPR.

Co-ordinating meetings, events and seminars

Data entry using a CRM system

Updating our company databases, policy and procedures

Responsible for archiving in line with our storage procedures.

Any other ad-hoc duties that are requested by your line manager to meet the needs of the business.
Working week
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
37.5 hour per week
