Summary

  • Answering telephone and dealing/directing calls as required.

  • First point of contact for reception, meeting and greeting visitors and providing refreshments.

  • Liaising with and supporting senior managers/director.

  • Provide administration support to all departments.

  • Assisting Communications Director in relation to company policies and procedure.

  • Assisting the finance team with general administration tasks.

  • Provide support to accounts team

  • Co-ordinate and collate staff questionnaires

  • Stationary ordering and distribution

  • Establish and maintain filing systems and ensure accurate retrieval of data and records in line with GDPR.

  • Co-ordinating meetings, events and seminars

  • Data entry using a CRM system

  • Updating our company databases, policy and procedures

  • Responsible for archiving in line with our storage procedures.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties that are requested by your line manager to meet the needs of the business.

Working week

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

37.5 hour per week
