We are looking for an Apprentice to work as part of our team in our busy Rexel Facilities Management team. You will be trained in all procedures and skills required for the role, which will give you a fantastic grounding for your future career. The Apprenticeship offered is Business Administrator - Level Three

  • The Role:

    ·        Spread sheet preparation (Various tasks)

    ·        update and review databases, record information and                     produce data analysis where required

    ·        Customer Returns processing

    ·        Filing

    ·        Customer sales order entry

    ·        Progressing customer orders

    ·        Dealing with customers, through various media

    ·        Interaction with other branches

    ·        Speaking with suppliers

Working week

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
