Installation of kitchens is a very skilled job. New kitchen installations are in demand so more qualified kitchen installers are needed. Wickes Building Supplies are looking for a Kitchen installer apprentice. It’s part of their unique Installation Apprenticeship scheme created in 2020. They are looking to recruit an apprentice on an 18 month contract. You will complete a Fitted Furniture Installer Level 2 Apprenticeship gaining a nationally recognised qualification as well as great future career prospects. You will work alongside a Wickes Approved Installer installing Wickes kitchens into their customers’ homes. On a day to day basis you’ll find yourself: preparing the kitchen to assemble furniture; measuring and marking materials to specification; assembling the furniture; cutting out work surfaces; applying edging tape; creating joints; fitting mechanical or electrical components; developing and maintaining customer relations; identifying snags and carrying out any rectification work.
Go Green Office Solutions are looking for an Office Administration Apprentice to join their small friendly team. This is an entry level role and would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in administration. The company is an eco-friendly office furniture supplier based in Liverpool. You’ll be assisting in data entry, producing reports and presentations as well as checking and amending social media platforms and managing their product pages on their website. You’ll also be handling telephone calls and scheduling new client appointments as well as gaining experience in a host of other administrative duties.
