Following the success of last year’s inaugural Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony, Apprenticeship Support by Be More invites 2022 Apprentices to this year’s ceremony.

Last November, Apprentices across the Liverpool City Region (LCR) celebrated their hard work and achievements with family, friends and colleagues at the Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony. Held at the Grand Central Hall Liverpool it was a spectacular night to remember with music, refreshments and guest speakers Olympian, Beth Tweddle and Metro Mayor, Steve Rotherham.

This year, the Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony will be held on 15th September 2022 at Anfield Stadium. Metro Mayor Steve Rotherham will return as a guest speaker. He will be accompanied by footballer and TV presenter Dion Dublin. A former England international, Dion played for a number of Premier League sides including Manchester United & Aston Villa. Today he is best recognised as a commentator and regular panellist on Football Focus and Match of the Day. Day time television viewers will also recognise him as the presenter for BBC One’s ‘Homes Under the Hammer’. Foodies also watched him complete successfully in Celebrity Master Chef 2021.

The evening will commence with a drinks reception in Anfield Stadium’s luxurious Chemistry Lounge where they can take in views of Liverpool Football Club’s pitch. The main ceremony will then take place in the Carlsberg Dugout, where the social sports bar concourse will be transformed into a spectacular venue in which apprentices will receive their graduation certificates.

The Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony is being organised by Apprenticeship Support by Be More in partnership with Liverpool Sound City. “Last year’s event was a tremendous success and helped highlight apprenticeships to employers across the Liverpool City Region.
